NOEMA — 10 / Information

Terms of use

The conditions governing access to this artistic portfolio, its texts, visual studies and conceptual projects.

NOEMA is an experimental artistic prototype developed within Framing Creativity / J-ART, under the publication responsibility of Jefferson Gordon-Lennox — J-ART, Framing Creativity. This website presents ten selected works, studies and concepts. These are terms for visiting an evolving artistic portfolio, not terms of sale. No online purchasing or checkout process was identified in the source reviewed.

You may browse the public pages for personal, informational and non-commercial purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the website, circumvent access restrictions or use it in a way that violates applicable law or others’ rights.

The images, concepts, texts, logos and other materials are protected by rights belonging to their respective holders. Access to the site does not grant an automatic right to republish, train datasets on, license, resell or commercially exploit those materials. Any request for permission should be directed to the publisher.

As an experimental artistic project, NOEMA may present concepts, prototypes, visual studies or excerpts rather than publicly accessible standalone applications. Descriptions reflect their artistic intent. The publisher may revise, suspend or withdraw content; continuous availability cannot be guaranteed.

The publisher aims to keep the information accurate, but portfolio material may evolve. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. No legal, financial or other professional advice is provided by the site.

Contacting NOEMA does not by itself create a commission, service agreement or licence. Any collaboration, deliverable, fee, schedule or permitted use must be confirmed separately by the relevant parties. Contact: j-art@framing-creativity.ch.

[CONFIRM OPERATOR JURISDICTION AND ANY APPLICABLE-LAW CLAUSE]. These terms may change as the portfolio evolves. The date of the published version should be shown and kept current.
